Business executives, whether in for-profit or non-profit organizations, spend the majority of their
time and energy leading within the marketplace. If Billy Graham’s insight is true, then we as
leaders have an obligation to integrate and align our faith, leadership, and strategy in ways that
produce not only organizational success, but also eternal impact.

The Master’s Edge provides executives with a trusted environment to share ideas, challenges,
both professional and personal, and receive wise counsel from peers who understand the weight
of leadership.

Our once-a-month gatherings are built around community, accountability, and confidentiality,
creating space for authentic connection. Members share updates on their journey, offer praises,
and pray for one another, living out the call to “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way, you
will fulfill the law of Christ.” (Galatians 6:2)

Each gathering includes:
• Iron Time (Devotion): A devotion that sets the spiritual tone and ties directly into the
day’s discussion.
• Roundtable Discussion: A relevant leadership or business topic, designed to spark
meaningful dialogue.
• Edge Time: A space for members to bring forward challenges or opportunities and
receive counsel from fellow executives, because “As iron sharpens iron, so one person
sharpens another.” (Proverbs 27:17)

 

In addition to the monthly gatherings, members will meet individually with their Leadership
Facilitator for personalized development, encouragement, and growth.
